Amenitiz is a SaaS platform serving independent hoteliers across Europe—family-run properties, boutique hotels, and small chains underserved by enterprise-focused solutions. With over 15,000 customers and a 4.8/5 satisfaction rating, the product has strong market validation.
As a Business Development Representative, you own the full sales cycle from first outbound touch to signed contract. This is not a meeting-booking role. You will prospect, run demos, handle objections, and close deals while managing your pipeline and revenue contribution end-to-end.
Key responsibilities:
- Prospecting & pipeline generation: Reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and chat. Maintain high activity levels and build a consistent pipeline from scratch, owning your top-of-funnel.
- Discovery & qualification: Understand each prospect's current setup, pain points, and operational needs. Identify fit quickly, prioritize the right opportunities, and position Amenitiz in a way that is specific and relevant to their situation.
- Product demos: Run structured, tailored demonstrations that connect product features to real business problems and make it easy for prospects to say yes.
- Objection handling & closing: Navigate hesitation, competitive comparisons, and timing objections with confidence. Create urgency where earned and ask for the deal.
- Pipeline management: Keep HubSpot accurate and up to date. Forecast reliably and ensure no follow-up slips through.
- Collaboration: Work with sales leadership and peers to sharpen your approach. Share market feedback, objection patterns, and competitive intelligence to help the team improve.
The company offers competitive OTE (base salary plus uncapped performance-based commission), stock options with progressive vesting, comprehensive health insurance, 25 days of holidays from day one (rising to 28 after year one and 30 after two years), €10 daily lunch allowance for office days, on-demand salary access, a structured career path with defined criteria at every level, flexible benefits (meals, childcare, transportation, training), book purchases and team library access, and an international team of 35+ nationalities in one of Europe's leading tech hubs.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in a sales role (SDR, AE, or full-cycle)
- Native Italian speaker with strong written and verbal English
- Comfortable switching between prospecting and closing mode within the same week
- Full ownership of pipeline and results, not just activity metrics
- Structured approach to pipeline management with accurate forecasting and reliable follow-up
- Resilient and consistent in a high-volume, target-driven environment
- Experience in SaaS, hospitality tech, or startups is an advantage
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools is a plus
