You will be the first point of contact for outbound leads in the Spanish market, responsible for building and executing a scalable outbound sales strategy. Your role is to make a strong first impression, understand prospect challenges deeply, and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
Key responsibilities:
- Source and prospect leads to feed the sales pipeline, including prospecting into midmarket accounts, social selling, and account mapping
- Execute outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn cadences daily
- Work closely with Account Executives to support the sales process
- Build trust through every interaction with prospects
- Identify prospects' challenges, pain points, and decision-making processes
- Nurture prospects from initial engagement through discovery sessions
- Maintain organized pipeline and data using CRM and sales development tools
- Participate in team meetings, workshops, and company events
The ideal candidate is ambitious, high-performing, and comfortable maintaining insightful conversations via phone and email. Requirements:
- 1-2 years of demonstrable outbound business development experience in a Tech/SaaS environment (required)
- Strong business acumen
- Charisma, ambition, resilience, and excellent communication skills
- Data-driven approach to hitting targets
- Native Spanish and advanced English fluency
- Organized, productive, and collaborative team member
- Willingness to continuously learn and try new approaches
