You will be responsible for business development in the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), focusing on acquiring and onboarding new restaurant partners. Your day-to-day activities include:
• Proactively contacting restaurant owners and managers via phone to present TheFork's products and services
• Handling inbound inquiries from restaurants interested in learning about TheFork
• Proposing and selling TheFork solutions including promotions, advanced software tools, booking widgets, training, and marketing solutions
• Educating restaurant managers about the TheFork Manager tool and network benefits
• Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through deal closure and successful restaurant publication on TheFork and affiliate platforms
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and leveraging market knowledge to inform strategy
You are a self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and demonstrated B2B business development experience, ideally in the restaurant or hospitality sector. You possess strong commercial acumen, influencing skills, and the ability to manage short-term negotiations. You thrive in fast-paced, independent environments with excellent organizational abilities. You are curious, eager to learn, and committed to continuous growth. Fluency in German and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
The role offers a permanent contract with a flexible working environment (2 days home office per week, plus up to 4 weeks additional remote flexibility in summer and December). Compensation includes competitive fixed salary and bonus structure.
