As a Business Development Representative, you will drive outbound prospecting and qualification for the sales team. Your primary responsibility is to create qualified conversations with manufacturing decision-makers via phone, identify genuine needs, and hand off warm opportunities to the inside or field sales team.

- Clearly communicate Nox Metals' value proposition and ask discovery questions to understand customer needs
- Qualify material requirements, purchase timing, buying process, and organizational fit

- Build product knowledge around aluminum applications and industry terminology
- Maintain customer trust by making only claims and commitments you can support
This is a high-activity, skill-building role that emphasizes preparation, resilience, active listening, and honest activity tracking. Success is measured by conversation quality and handoff readiness, not script speed.

- Strong listening skills and attention to detail
- Clear, concise, professional phone communication
- Organized approach to follow-up and activity tracking
- Coachability and motivation to improve quickly

- Familiarity with CRM and sales-engagement platforms
- Track record of success in high-activity roles
- Comfort using AI tools for research and call preparation
