League is a fast-growing healthcare experience platform serving 70+ million people through health plans and health systems (clients include Manulife, SCAN, Geisinger, Medibank, Baptist, and Shoppers Drug Mart). The company addresses a critical gap in healthcare delivery: people book appointments but skip follow-ups, fill prescriptions then stop taking them, get referrals but never make calls. League's platform identifies what each person needs to do next, removes barriers, and ensures completion at scale. As a Business Development Representative, you will prospect into a book of business alongside two to three Account Directors, serving as the first point of contact with executives owning digital, member experience, AI initiatives, and innovation at major North American payers and health systems. Your core responsibilities include deep account research—analyzing Star Ratings performance, member app ecosystems, redetermination backlogs, recent leadership changes, earnings commentary, public filings, and app store reviews. You'll map League's value proposition to specific organizational challenges and build the point of view that earns initial conversations. Using League's AI-first technology stack, you'll deploy agentic outreach sequences across email, LinkedIn, and direct calls to create discovery meetings and early-stage pipeline. Beyond initial meetings, you'll stay engaged in accounts to help advance qualification and co-develop strategy alongside Account Directors until accounts are ready for senior Growth resources. You'll support marketing events and campaigns targeting League's prospects, follow up on generated interest, and refine AI workflows and agents based on what works. You'll also bring League executives into peer-level conversations when appropriate, provide honest feedback to Marketing on messaging effectiveness, maintain accurate Salesforce records, and learn the full enterprise sales motion from first touch through opportunity progression. The role emphasizes research depth—finding the specific business challenge that makes outreach effective—and leverages AI tools to enable one person to research and sequence at a depth that previously required a team.
