You will join the Enterprise Partnership team as a Business Development Representative, responsible for identifying and engaging target companies and contacts to set up partnership meetings. This is a high-velocity sales role focused on building pipeline and driving growth in a fast-scaling healthtech company.
Key responsibilities include: partnering with Enterprise Partnerships reps to generate qualified meetings; profiling the top 1,000 accounts across prioritized industries to define expansion strategies; researching and verifying contact information for C-suite, VP, and Director-level HR and Benefits decision-makers using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar tools; building and optimizing multi-channel outreach cadences (email, phone, social); executing coordinated campaigns with Marketing including email blasts and webinar invitations; qualifying inbound and outbound prospects and scheduling sales-qualified meetings; and maintaining accurate CRM data to drive strategy.
You should have 1–2 years of BDR/SDR experience in B2B SaaS or digital health, proven success prospecting into mid-market and enterprise accounts, hands-on Salesforce expertise, and proficiency with prospecting tools. Strong communication skills, curiosity, results orientation, and organizational discipline are essential. Healthcare industry experience, early-stage company background, or familiarity with employee benefits are valued but not required.
