Endeavor builds custom AI systems for mission-critical industries including manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, defense, and life sciences. The company focuses on closing the gap between AI capability and enterprise adoption, delivering systems that companies own and operate within their own stack, deployed to production in weeks rather than months.
As a Business Development Representative, you will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build relationships with potential clients in these high-impact sectors. You will work closely with the sales team to develop go-to-market strategies, set up qualified meetings, and ensure smooth handoffs of leads to account executives for closing. The role demands consistent outbound communication, strategic client research, and the ability to tailor solutions to fit specific customer needs and pain points.
You will operate in a collaborative, ownership-oriented culture where the team defaults to transparency and candor. The company values strong convictions held loosely—you should arrive with a point of view on the market and customer needs, but remain open to evidence that challenges your assumptions. You will help shape and refine the sales playbook as it evolves, rather than simply executing a pre-built process.
Key responsibilities include researching target accounts and markets to form informed perspectives before outreach, qualifying inbound and outbound leads based on fit and readiness, scheduling discovery calls and demos with decision-makers, collaborating with account executives and marketing to refine messaging and strategy, and tracking pipeline metrics and activity to identify what's working.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Genuine curiosity about customers and their business challenges; ability to research markets and form independent points of view rather than relying on scripts
- Comfort operating with incomplete information and a developing playbook; ability to move decisively with 70% of the information and adapt as you learn
- Self-direction and ownership; ability to set your own pace, flag what's working and what isn't, and ask for help early
- Strong teamwork and communication skills; ability to share insights, accept direct feedback, and elevate the performance of account executives and marketing partners
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
