F5's Tel Aviv office is hiring a Business Development Representative to join the sales team. This role focuses on lead generation, prospect qualification, and meeting setup to drive sales growth. You will conduct outbound prospecting via calls and email, develop sales pipelines, and cultivate relationships with prospects from initial contact through meeting booking. Success requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a results-driven mindset.
Key responsibilities include:
- Generating and qualifying leads through cold calling, email outreach, and market research
- Prospecting into new markets using data analysis and research
- Setting up meetings and supporting the sales team's growth objectives
- Consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas
- Communicating F5's value propositions and addressing prospect objections
- Operating within F5's CRM system and sales technology stack
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
The role is in-person at the Tel Aviv office and requires fluency in both Hebrew and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a sales-related role (inbound or outbound)
- Proven track record in lead generation and prospecting
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales objectives
- Fluent in Hebrew and proficient in English
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, Groove)
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to handle objections and maintain follow-ups
- Quick learner capable of understanding technical products and solutions
- Highly driven, goal-oriented, and proactive mindset
- Enthusiasm for sales career development and continuous learning
