Skydropx is seeking a Business Development professional to drive new partnership acquisition and expansion for Frenet's partnership program. This is an active new business generation role—not account management of existing partners.
Key responsibilities include prospecting and opening new commercial and integration partnerships across the Brazilian e-commerce ecosystem (e-commerce platforms, ERPs, marketplaces, payment gateways, and adjacent players). You will structure and negotiate agreements with new partners, defining commercial models, commission structures, and entry terms. You'll own the partner relationship from initial contact through activation and kickoff, managing the partner acquisition pipeline with clear action calendars and targets.
You'll serve as the internal bridge between partners and Frenet's product, customer success, and sales teams to enable integration and partnership success. You'll represent Frenet in strategic meetings, events, and negotiations with ecosystem partners, and contribute to building the overall partnership program framework (tiers, benefits, partner-segment calendars).
Required profile: Hunter mentality with proven track record of market opening and new business generation. Strong negotiation and commercial argumentation skills. Autonomous and proactive—you drive opportunities without waiting for inbound demand. Disciplined pipeline and calendar management. Resilience to rejection and persistence in active prospecting. Clear communication for both external negotiation and internal reporting.
You must understand Brazilian e-commerce ecosystem dynamics (Shopify, Nuvemshop, Tray, VTEX, ERPs like Bling, marketplaces, payment gateways). Basic API integration flow knowledge required—not coding, but enough to conduct technical conversations with partners and align with product. Experience with B2B partnership models and commission structures (revenue share, CPA, tiered models). Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce) and spreadsheet modeling for commercial scenarios and KPI tracking. Prior experience in freight, logistics, or e-commerce fulfillment is a plus.
Work model: Hybrid in an international environment.
