The company bridges traditional finance and digital assets through governance-driven financial services and technology, managing over $7 billion in assets and facilitating $7+ billion in monthly trading volume. BIT operates licensed entities across Singapore, Hong Kong, Switzerland, the UK, the US, and Bhutan. As Business Development Manager for OTC & Payment, you will develop and manage key partnership relationships with liquidity providers, payment service providers, banks, channel partners, and enterprise clients. You will maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients and partner channels, including high-net-worth individuals, institutional clients, and key partners, to improve client activity, business stickiness, and transaction conversion. Leverage BIT's OTC business, stablecoin payment capabilities, custody, and asset management products to drive client acquisition in cross-border payments, cross-border trade, enterprise overseas expansion, and FinTech verticals. Develop deep understanding of client needs across cross-border payments and collections, crypto/fiat conversion, fund settlement, liquidity management, and digital asset services. Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored solutions. Monitor developments in crypto OTC, stablecoin payments, and FinTech—tracking market trends, competitive dynamics, regulatory changes, and partnership opportunities—to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Represent the company at industry conferences, client engagements, and ecosystem partnership events to expand networks and enhance market influence. Work closely with operations, product, finance, sales, and client support teams to convert partnership opportunities and support business launches. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 3+ years in business development, partnership management, or institutional client coverage. Background in traditional payments, payment companies, PSPs, cross-border platforms, or FinTech preferred. Strong understanding of stablecoin payments, digital asset payments, and crypto/fiat flows. Genuine interest in crypto payments and Web3 financial infrastructure. Familiarity with cross-border payments, trade, and enterprise expansion. Excellent business development, client communication, and partnership execution skills. Strong market acumen and commercial judgment. Cross-functional collaboration abilities. Fluent in written and verbal Chinese and English. Willing to travel for business and industry events.
