As Business Development Manager for LATAM, you will drive growth and expansion across Latin America. This is a people-management role responsible for building and leading the BD function in the region. You will identify and pursue new customer opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and execute go-to-market initiatives tailored to the LATAM market. You'll work with mission-critical systems in financial technology, collaborating with product, engineering, and customer success teams to close deals and expand the customer base.
The role requires deep understanding of the digital asset and fintech landscape in Latin America, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles. You'll report to senior leadership and have autonomy to shape the BD strategy for the region.
