Bold Metrics is a venture-backed AI company that has created a suite of machine learning technologies enabling brands and retailers to accurately determine customer body measurements and relate them to garment specifications. The company works with some of the world's largest apparel brands, retailers, and manufacturers to reduce returns, improve sustainability, and optimize supply chains through body-relative apparel design. As Business Development Manager for Europe, you will own the full business development cycle across the European market. This is a quota-carrying role where you will prospect and build relationships with key stakeholders—brands, retailers, and technology/agency partners—through negotiation, contracting, and closing against assigned targets. Key responsibilities include: - Identify and develop new partnership and channel opportunities across European markets - Develop comprehensive understanding of Bold Metrics' technology and solutions, connecting this knowledge directly to customer and partner ROI - Help develop go-to-market strategies for Europe and coordinate cross-functional support to maximize customer value - Attend Europe and US-based events and brand activations as needed - Take a consultative approach to solving problems for apparel industry brands - Collaborate with Marketing to develop outreach and acquisition strategies tailored to European markets - Work with tech partners and agencies to drive mutual value - Track funnel metrics, identify bottlenecks, and improve conversion at each stage - Share customer and partner insights with the Product team You bring at least 3 years of SaaS business development, partnerships, or sales experience, ideally in ecommerce or brand technology. You have proven success operating in European markets with understanding of regional business practices and stakeholder dynamics. You have a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and partnership targets, extensive experience engaging VP and C-level personas, and the ability to set up processes and workflows that drive results. Experience with apparel brands is highly valued. You hold a B.A. or B.S. degree. You are a fast learner with strong organizational and project management skills, an exceptional communicator, and someone who thrives in fast-paced environments with minimal direction. You can work across European and US time zones and are flexible with remote work arrangements.
