Teya is a Series C fintech company building a financial platform for local businesses across Europe. The company focuses on serving cafés, restaurants, salons, shops and entrepreneurs with simple tools, thoughtful design, and genuine human support.
You will join Teya's rapidly growing sales organisation as a field-based sales professional responsible for building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving business growth within your territory. This is a people-management role where you will coach, train, and support junior sales agents through knowledge-sharing and mentorship while maintaining your own sales targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Consistently reach KPIs with minimal guidance and maintain accurate CRM records, reporting, and pipeline visibility
- Proactively identify and engage prospective customers through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals
- Meet customers face-to-face to understand their needs, build trust through consultative conversations, and develop long-term relationships
- Expand Teya's reach into new segments and win larger, high-value, multi-location clients
- Develop strong product knowledge and train junior sales agents through coaching and knowledge-sharing
- Share insights on customer needs, competitors, and market opportunities to improve products, messaging, and sales processes
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to build long-term customer relationships
- Represent Teya as a credible, professional ambassador within your territory
- Contribute to cross-functional strategic projects and suggest improvements

Requirements:
- Verifiable track record of quota attainment
- Strong prospecting discipline and pipeline management
- Sound commercial judgement and negotiation capability
- Competitive mindset and genuine desire to win
- Strong experience in customer-facing or sales-related roles (field-based experience strongly preferred)
- Confidence building relationships and engaging new customers
- Strong organisation and time-management skills, particularly in field-based environments
- Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, evolving business
- Proactive, self-driven mindset with genuine desire to learn and develop
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Fluency in English
- Full UK driving licence
- Must be based in Surrey
