As a Business Development Manager based in Santiago, you will be the primary market representative for Fever in Chile, responsible for building and scaling the company's presence in the region. Your core responsibilities include: • Cultivate deep, strategic relationships with major producers, creators, venues, and key entertainment industry stakeholders in Chile • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the Chilean market with innovative approaches to scaling Fever's platform presence • Manage commercial partnerships with large clients, ensuring mutual value creation and long-term success • Oversee a large client portfolio with strong organizational discipline, balancing growth and retention • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Category Management, Partner Support, Operations, Tech, Product, and Finance teams to drive partner success • Stay current with entertainment trends and emerging experiences, positioning yourself as the regional expert The Business Development team at Fever sits at the core of the platform, connecting world-class experiences with massive audiences. Team members act as true advisors and partners, combining strategic thinking with problem-solving across marketing, pricing, operations, and financing. Success requires both relationship management excellence and entrepreneurial ownership of partner outcomes.
