LANCH develops food brands for the delivery and quick-service restaurant (QSR) world, combining strong brands, operational excellence, technology, and data-driven decision-making. As Business Development Lead, you will identify new business opportunities, develop existing business areas, and drive key initiatives from analysis through execution.
You will work at the intersection of strategy, commercial development, and implementation, collaborating closely with founders and teams across Commercial, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Product, and Technology.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and evaluating growth opportunities, markets, partners, and business ideas
- Analyzing performance and developing clear business cases and recommendations
- Owning cross-functional projects from goal definition to measurable results
- Coordinating stakeholders, removing blockers, and clarifying priorities and accountability
- Improving processes and supporting launches of new products, brands, locations, and markets
- Identifying opportunities for automation, AI, and new tools, and driving their implementation
You bring:
- Multiple years of experience in commercial, strategic, analytical, or operational roles (business development, commercial, strategy, consulting, business operations, or startup environments)
- Strong commercial judgment and market intuition for identifying potential and opportunities
- Ability to structure complex topics, develop recommendations, and drive projects to execution
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills with stakeholder management experience
- Hands-on approach, high ownership, and consistent follow-through
- Ability to drive impact without formal authority
- Proficiency with data, spreadsheets, dashboards, presentations, and business tools
- Fluent German and professional English
- Experience in food, delivery, platform business, retail, hospitality, QSR, or fast-growing startups is helpful but not required
