- Targeting PSPs, EMIs, fintechs, crypto/stablecoin firms, and global platforms (payroll, marketplaces, creator economy) with payouts into emerging markets
- Selling named USD accounts, fiat–stablecoin ramps, FX services, and instant payouts into Latin America, Africa, and Asia
- Supporting EUR product expansion and coordinating with the Madrid lead on pan-European accounts
- Working with Legal and Compliance on MiCA, FCA, and EU regulatory requirements
- Running full sales cycles from discovery through pricing, contract negotiation, onboarding, and first live transactions
- Negotiating commercial terms including basis-point pricing, FX spreads, and volume tiers
- Maintaining accurate pipeline, activity, and forecasts in HubSpot; tracking metrics such as pipeline coverage, win rate, time to first transaction, and monthly volume
- Ensuring smooth handoffs with Customer Success, Operations, and Compliance teams; sharing prospect feedback to refine the sales process
