The company recently acquired LevPro, a modern operating system for leveraged credit asset managers that uses AI to modernize a $1.5 trillion finance sector by automating data workflows, nomenclature matching, and portfolio management tasks that traditionally relied on spreadsheets and manual processes.
As a Business Data Associate based in Europe, you will support Octus's data team, customer success function, and internal product development. The role combines back-end data operations with front-end customer-facing responsibilities.
Back-end data responsibilities include: data entry and interpretation, analyzing results to identify patterns and insights, developing and optimizing data collection systems for efficiency, and acquiring data from primary and secondary sources while maintaining database integrity and cleanliness. You will identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to data quality initiatives.
Customer success responsibilities include: analyzing data to enhance customer experience, providing real-time support and feedback to clients, conducting product demonstrations for new customers, developing user guides and training materials, contributing to client onboarding and implementation projects to understand client processes and build stakeholder relationships, and developing and monitoring project metrics to track success.
The role offers a pathway to becoming a multi-tool player with comprehensive front-end and back-end product knowledge, eventually contributing to building and maintaining client relationships to drive business revenue growth. You will work with the LevPro platform (Research Management, Trading Tools, Portfolio Management, Compliance modules) and gain exposure to the full product ecosystem.
