Revolut is seeking a Business Compliance Manager to oversee compliance risks across its investing and trading products. The role bridges regulatory expertise with product innovation, ensuring that Revolut's wealth and trading offerings meet global regulatory expectations while enabling rapid growth.
Key responsibilities include reviewing new investment and trading product launches for regulatory compliance, designing and enhancing controls across trading, brokerage, and wealth operations, and conducting deep-dive reviews on market conduct, suitability, appropriateness, and disclosures. You will support regulatory examinations, audits, and governance processes, and work closely with Trading, Product, Legal, and Risk stakeholders to identify and mitigate conduct risk.
The role requires monitoring regulatory developments in investments, securities, and cryptocurrency markets, and advising product teams on compliance implications with clarity and pragmatism. You will be part of Revolut's Compliance team, which operates in a fast-moving digital environment and takes a data-driven approach to managing regulatory risk.
Required qualifications include experience in Compliance, Market Conduct, Brokerage, or Trading oversight, with solid knowledge of investment products, trading platforms, and related regulations. You should have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to challenge and guide product teams effectively. The role is based in Madrid with flexibility to work remotely from Poland, Portugal, Romania, or Spain.
