Binance is seeking a Business Compliance Manager for its Payments division, based in Abu Dhabi. This role sits at the intersection of business operations and regulatory compliance, responsible for ensuring that Binance's payments products and services meet all applicable legal, regulatory, and internal governance standards across the UAE and relevant jurisdictions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing compliance frameworks specific to payments products
- Monitoring regulatory changes and assessing impact on business operations
- Conducting compliance reviews and audits of payments processes
- Collaborating with product, legal, and operations teams to embed compliance into product design and deployment
- Managing compliance documentation, policies, and procedures
- Liaising with regulators and government authorities on payments-related matters
- Training and educating internal stakeholders on compliance requirements
- Identifying compliance risks and recommending mitigation strategies
- Supporting incident response and investigation processes
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of compliance, legal, or regulatory experience, preferably in fintech, payments, or financial services. Strong knowledge of UAE and regional regulatory frameworks is highly valued. You should be detail-oriented, proactive in risk identification, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, global organization. Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex regulations into actionable business guidance are essential.
