The Business Compliance Manager role is part of Revolut's expansion into France. You will lead the compliance function for the French market, reporting to the global Compliance leadership team. Your primary responsibilities include: • Leading France's regulatory scoping by identifying and mapping all applicable financial regulations and developing necessary controls to ensure compliance • Monitoring and managing compliance risks as the French operations scale and grow • Building and promoting a proactive local compliance culture across the French team • Providing expert guidance to the Expansions team on compliance requirements, conduct risks, and control improvements • Collaborating with global Regulatory Compliance Managers to ensure local frameworks align with Revolut's global compliance standards • Proactively identifying emerging regulatory issues and implementing effective corrective actions You'll work in a fast-moving, digital environment where regulatory expertise and data-driven thinking are essential. The role requires balancing the need for rapid growth with robust risk management and regulatory adherence. Required qualifications include 3+ years of regulatory compliance experience, ideally from a top-tier bank, strategy consultancy, or fast-growing technology company. You need a solid understanding of how compliance and business risks interact, strong project management skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. Nice-to-have qualifications include a STEM or quantitative degree from a top-tier university and proficiency in SQL, Excel, and G Suite.
