Salary: PLN 17,200 - 19,100 / monthly

Revolut is a global fintech super app serving 75+ million customers with products spanning spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travel. The Compliance team ensures products meet regulatory requirements while delivering customer value in a fast-moving digital environment. As Business Compliance Manager for Crypto, you'll be the first-line compliance partner to Revolut's crypto teams, translating complex regulation into practical, product-ready solutions. This is a hands-on role with direct impact on how crypto features are launched, scaled, and communicated across markets. Key responsibilities include: - Partnering with Product, Tech, and Growth teams to advise on crypto and consumer regulations, including financial promotions, regulatory changes, and consumer protection requirements - Overseeing yield, DeFi, and derivative products and relevant frameworks - Supporting new product approvals, launches, and rollouts for crypto features - Reviewing and approving customer communications and marketing materials - Owning post-launch product reviews and ensuring regulatory decisions are documented and defensible - Translating evolving regulation into actionable requirements - Conducting horizon-scanning and supporting compliance activities including KRIs, BCIs, fair value indicators, and customer sentiment metrics - Enabling the business by proposing pragmatic, compliant solutions that protect consumers while maintaining delivery velocity You'll need 5+ years of regulatory compliance experience, ideally from a top-tier bank, investment firm, crypto exchange, fast-growing tech company, or strategy consultancy. Strong understanding of how compliance and business risk interact, adaptability in fast-paced environments, and ability to manage multiple projects under pressure are essential. Experience in crypto, knowledge of crypto-native products, and understanding of MiFID regimes are valued but not required.
