The Compliance team combines regulatory expertise with data-driven analysis to ensure products meet legal and policy requirements while managing conduct risk in a fast-moving digital environment.
As a Business Compliance Manager focused on Control Remediation, you will be responsible for interpreting complex regulatory requirements, advising the business on compliance obligations, and developing, implementing, and testing controls and procedures. Your core responsibilities include:
• Analyzing large regulatory documents, breaking down requirements, and determining their applicability to Revolut's operations
• Advising business units on compliance requirements and related control frameworks
• Developing, implementing, and testing controls and procedures to meet regulatory obligations
• Collaborating with global Regulatory Compliance and Risk Managers to ensure alignment of risk frameworks and processes
• Liaising with internal stakeholders (Legal, Risk, etc.) and external parties (regulators, advisors, vendors, partners)
You will need experience in risk management within a compliance function, regulatory body, or consulting background. Key competencies include risk identification, monitoring, and controls testing; regulatory gap analysis; policy creation and implementation; and the ability to communicate effectively across organizational levels. You should demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
