Revolut is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the Finance team's treasury initiatives. The Finance team at Revolut drives clarity and confidence across the organization, managing risk assessment, strategic decision-making, and growth acceleration.
In this role, you will drive the successful delivery of new investment products, treasury system enhancements, and strategic initiatives. You'll translate business objectives into detailed functional and technical requirements for engineers building treasury applications and services. Key responsibilities include:
• Supporting the development and integration of new business initiatives into the treasury ecosystem
• Translating business objectives into detailed functional and technical requirements
• Documenting end-to-end delivery processes into playbooks to maximize repeatability and scalability
• Building solid relationships with product teams across the organization
• Performing gap analysis to identify root causes and escalate issues and risks
• Liaising with stakeholders and team members across various locations and time zones
You'll need 6+ years of experience working with financial instruments, trading platforms, and settlement systems. A solid understanding of the change programme life cycle from initiation through post-implementation is essential. You should have detailed knowledge of banking IT systems, including trade/transaction processing workflows from booking to GL entries.
Technical skills required include proficiency with data models, data mapping, and SQL for data querying and analysis. Strong Excel skills for data analysis, reconciliation, and testing are necessary. You'll also need knowledge of how different financial systems interact, including API usage, messaging formats, and ETL processes. Impressive project and stakeholder management skills are critical.
