Kaseya, a leading provider of AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity software, is seeking a Business Analyst to support its sales and marketing teams through data-driven insights and strategic reporting. The role focuses on transforming complex data into actionable intelligence that drives organizational performance and decision-making.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insightful reports; creating and enhancing dashboards for sales, marketing, and executive reporting; designing and maintaining automated reporting tools aligned with strategic business goals; developing complex SQL queries and managing data transformations across systems; ensuring data accuracy through rigorous testing and quality reviews; maintaining and refreshing centralized databases to support up-to-date reporting; and supporting Quarterly Business Reviews with data visualizations and trend analysis.
Required qualifications include strong experience in Power BI for dashboard creation and data modeling; proficiency in Excel with advanced functions such as pivot tables and lookups; familiarity with SQL and ability to write and interpret queries; required experience with Snowflake for data warehousing, querying, and reporting use cases; and good understanding of database concepts, schemas, and dimensional modeling. Bonus experience includes exposure to Microsoft Azure and data warehousing tools.
