We are seeking a strategic Business Analyst to join our leadership team, reporting directly to the Chief of Staff and working closely with the CEO. This is a high-impact role focused on business analytics, company performance visibility, and strategic decision-making support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as a strategic analytical partner to the CEO and Chief of Staff
- Establish a single source of truth and shared business language across the organization
- Partner with Sales, Product, Customer Success, RevOps, Finance, and other teams to understand needs and connect insights
- Translate complex business questions into structured analyses and actionable recommendations
- Proactively identify trends, gaps, risks, and business opportunities
- Create compelling data narratives that explain what is happening, why it matters, and what actions to take
- Build dashboards and analytical frameworks supporting ongoing decision-making and strategic planning
- Prepare executive-level insights, presentations, and recommendations
- Lead analytical initiatives independently from opportunity identification through recommendation and action
- Leverage SQL, Looker, BigQuery, Claude, and AI tools to enhance analytical workflows
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years as a Business Analyst or in a strategic, business-oriented analytical role
- Experience in B2B technology companies
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on dashboard/complex dataset analysis experience
- Excellent data storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and own initiatives end-to-end
- Proven experience using AI tools to accelerate analysis and improve decision-making
- Strong English communication and presentation skills
Preferred: Experience with Looker and BigQuery.
