SCW.AI is a fast-growing SaaS startup building a next-generation digital factory platform for self-driving supply chains. The company has achieved strong product-market fit with its Digital Factory platform serving pharmaceutical manufacturing customers and recently closed a Series A funding round.
You will join the product team as a Business Analyst, taking on critical product ownership and operational coordination responsibilities. This role goes beyond backlog management—you'll be a central hub translating client needs into precise software requirements, driving sprint workflows, and maintaining backlog hygiene.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting comprehensive user stories and defining acceptance criteria with analytical rigor
- Translating client needs and business requests into precise software requirements
- Identifying edge cases and eliminating ambiguities in product behavior
- Taking end-to-end ownership of internal product operations and daily coordination workflows
- Acting as the communication bridge between Product Management, Software Engineering, and Customer Success
- Tracking decisions, action items, and meeting notes to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Formulating solutions by balancing user needs, logical frameworks, and available data
You should be highly analytical, capable of rapidly learning technical infrastructure, and comfortable communicating fluently with engineering teams. The ideal candidate can work independently in uncertain situations, transform vague concepts into concrete requirements, and grow within a fast-paced scale-up environment.
Desired background includes a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related life sciences field. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall is expected. Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, medical devices, manufacturing, or IT is a plus. Knowledge of scheduling algorithms, BI tools, data analysis, and regulatory compliance is highly desirable. Project management experience is valued. Fluent English (written and verbal) required for cross-team collaboration and international client interaction.
