Salary: USD 106,000 - 140,000 / annual

Ritual is a venture-backed personal health brand specializing in science-backed supplements, known for clinically validated prenatal vitamins and transparent supply chains. The company serves hundreds of thousands of customers and is expanding into new wellness categories. The Brand Manager leads end-to-end product commercialization and go-to-market strategy for assigned product portfolios. This role owns positioning, messaging, launch planning, and integrated marketing strategies across DTC, Amazon, and retail channels. The Brand Manager independently translates consumer insights, product features, scientific information, and competitive trends into compelling consumer-facing stories and clear product positioning. Key responsibilities include: - Developing and executing integrated launch and marketing plans in partnership with channel teams, identifying dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs - Serving as the cross-functional marketing lead for assigned launches, building partnerships across Product Innovation, Science, Regulatory, Creative, Growth, Customer, Retail, and Sales - Leading ongoing product messaging and creative optimization using consumer insights, competitive trends, and performance data - Monitoring and analyzing product and campaign performance, synthesizing business and market data into actionable insights - Managing key elements of the product lifecycle including expansions, reformulations, packaging updates, and claims changes - Partnering with Consumer Insights and Product Innovation to understand consumer needs, category trends, and whitespace opportunities - Proactively identifying opportunities, navigating tradeoffs, and driving work forward within scope The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who independently works through challenges and brings forward thoughtful recommendations. You are naturally curious, dig deep to understand consumers and categories, and can quickly absorb new information and adapt when priorities shift. You excel at connecting dots across teams, identifying dependencies and opportunities, and making sound decisions using data, consumer insights, stakeholder perspectives, and judgment. You are a strong collaborator who builds productive relationships and communicates clearly across functions.
