Levelpath is an autonomous procurement platform for global enterprises, founded in 2022, that uses built-in AI to help organizations streamline procurement processes. The company serves CPOs, CFOs, and procurement leaders at large enterprises. You will be a writer-editor hybrid reporting to the Head of Marketing, working directly with founders, marketers, product, and go-to-market teams. This role owns all written content across the company—from product launch announcements and campaign copy to event keynotes, customer stories, sales materials, and newsletters. Key responsibilities include: - Writing across all formats: web copy, blog posts, product launches, campaign copy, emails, video scripts, event materials, and sales collateral - Editing everything that ships, maintaining a high bar on clarity, accuracy, and voice—from shaping arguments to line editing - Owning and evolving Levelpath's voice and style guide, making internal writers (founders, marketers, sales) measurably better through editing - Turning expert thinking into publishable work by helping founders and customers organize, sharpen, and polish ideas for enterprise audiences - Finding clear, human narratives in dense, technical procurement material and making readers care - Building audience growth through writing pieces people share, subscribe to, and return for - Moving fast to produce great copy in minutes when timing and ideas align You will be the last set of eyes on everything published and the standard everything gets measured against. REQUIREMENTS: - 3–5 years of professional writing and editing experience with a portfolio of published work demonstrating exceptional command of language - Range across formats: executive one-pagers, booth headlines, 2,000-word narratives, each sounding native to its format - Editor's judgment: knowing when to push a draft hard and when to let the author's voice come through; clear perspective on which grammar and style rules to break and when - Ability to explain complex topics simply; B2B software, procurement, finance, or other technical domains should interest rather than scare you - Proven track record of writing that earned an audience: newsletter with strong open rates, LinkedIn or X presence grown through your writing, blog readers who return, or bylines shared beyond your own network - Proven eye for narrative in messy, ambiguous, or highly technical material - Fluent use of AI tools with ability to articulate exactly where they fit in your workflow and where they do not - Ownership mindset: taking projects from idea through execution without waiting to be asked NICE TO HAVE: - Experience in enterprise SaaS, fintech, or procurement - Familiarity with SEO or answer engine optimization and content performance measurement - Basic design sensibility or video editing skills
