Salary: CAD 60,000 - 70,000 / annual

The Bilingual Managed Account Program (MAP) Support Specialist will join the Operations team, reporting to the Supervisor of New Accounts. This role is responsible for day-to-day operational support of Aviso's Separately Managed Account (SMA) programs and other investment management solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handle email and phone inquiries from internal and external stakeholders to manage client accounts in a timely, efficient, compliant, and professional manner
- Process and coordinate various duties including investment instructions, account setups, updates, transfers, redemptions, and contributions
- Execute discretionary trades to support redemptions and contributions requests
- Act as the primary contact for resolving problems and complaints by initiating investigations, recording details, referring to relevant departments, and conducting follow-ups
- Provide guidance and support on SMA program procedures, forms, and practices to ensure advisors are successful with product implementation and account maintenance
- Assist with monthly fee-billing
- Support the Supervisor through analysis of departmental trends and preparation of reports such as volume and escalation tracking to ensure delivery of service standards
The role requires consistent delivery of outstanding service for clients, team members, and related parties while handling all administration duties for managed accounts with minimal supervision, maintaining high accuracy and timeliness. Leadership qualities are essential.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in a related field (degree, diploma, or certificate in Business or Finance)
- Successful completion of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE) or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years' customer service experience; 2-3 years within the financial services industry (or equivalent), preferably serving high net worth clientele
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with proven ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Working experience with Portfolio Management software, Bloomberg, or Morningstar preferred
- Fluent communication skills in English and French (required)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Self-motivated, results-oriented with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to identify and resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties
