The BI & Strategic Analytics Lead will define and execute Hilo's Business Intelligence strategy, serving as a strategic partner to Finance, Product, Commercial, Clinical, and Leadership teams. This role owns the evolution of the company's BI capability, driving reporting excellence, data governance, and self-service analytics while enabling data-informed decision-making across the organization.
Key responsibilities include designing and evolving dashboards, KPI frameworks, and self-service analytics capabilities using Metabase as the central source of truth. The role requires establishing BI standards, governance frameworks, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability. You will partner with Operations to analyze customer acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, churn, monetization, and lifetime value metrics, delivering actionable insights that inform commercial strategy and resource allocation.
The position involves leading end-to-end analytics initiatives, managing stakeholder alignment, and presenting data-driven insights to senior leadership. You will champion a data-driven culture, establish high standards for data quality and consistency, and partner with Data Engineering and IT teams on data architecture and integration. Strategic responsibilities include forecasting, scenario modeling, and performance reviews to support high-impact business decisions.
This is a leadership role requiring proven experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Management, with demonstrated ability to build and lead analytics teams, define BI strategy, and drive organizational adoption of analytics capabilities.
