As a BI Data Analyst, you will own analytical projects end-to-end, from scoping business problems through to insight delivery. You'll work closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, Product, Commercial, and Operations to drive measurable business outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Taking business problems and independently structuring them into well-defined analytical tasks
- Owning KPI monitoring and reporting for embedded stakeholder teams, ensuring data accuracy and building confidence in outputs
- Root-causing and explaining data discrepancies in detail, finding solutions to stakeholder problems
- Building Looker dashboards and Hex notebooks to support deep-dive analysis and stakeholder self-serve capabilities
- Writing production-quality SQL and Python code, following team standards and passing peer review; assisting others in reviewing AI-generated outputs
- Communicating insights and recommendations clearly through data storytelling that drives action
- Leveraging AI tools strategically (LLM-assisted query generation, analysis summarization, code review) to accelerate delivery while maintaining rigorous standards
- Collaborating with Analytics Engineers to ingest new data sources into the stack as needed
- Providing critical human-in-the-loop support to ensure accuracy and repeatability of data analysis across functions, empowering teams to use AI-driven data self-serve tools effectively
