Vensure Employer Solutions, the largest privately held organization in HR technology and services, is seeking a Benefit Implementation Consultant to support new and existing clients in the setup and use of purchased software. The company serves over 95,000 businesses and processes over $135B in annual payroll.
In this role, you will be responsible for engaging clients during the benefit implementation phase, leveraging data processing expertise to ensure smooth transitions. Key responsibilities include managing the implementation lifecycle, testing and troubleshooting final system setups, and providing expert guidance on HRIS and payroll systems.
You will need strong client service and account management skills, with the ability to manage projects effectively. The role requires deep knowledge of payroll and benefit systems, analytical capabilities, and excellent time management. Communication is critical—you'll need strong written and verbal skills to interact with clients and internal team members.
This is an in-office role based in Chandler, Arizona. You will spend 75-100% of your time at a desk working with computer systems and office productivity equipment. The work environment is typically moderate noise level, and you may occasionally move objects up to 20 lbs. throughout the office.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate's degree OR minimum 3 years of related experience in HRIS, payroll, or benefit systems
- 3 years of related experience required
- Industry certification beneficial but not required (examples: FPC, CPP, PHR, SHRM-CP, PMP)
