You will lead a team of four Business Development Representatives focused on the Americas market. Your primary responsibilities include coaching and developing the team, building and refining the US outbound BDR playbook, and ensuring the team meets qualified meeting quotas.
Team Management: You'll run weekly 1:1s and team meetings, conduct regular calling sessions, and coach BDRs on handling inbound leads, outbound prospecting, sequencing, and qualifying enterprise opportunities. You'll develop the outbound playbook (sequencing, messaging, target account lists, qualification criteria) in collaboration with the VP of Sales, and hold the team accountable for quality standards and results.
Personal Pipeline: You'll also execute strategic, multi-channel outreach to complex buying groups, prioritizing meaningful dialogue over volume. You'll transition thoroughly vetted leads to Account Executives using the MEDDIC framework and act as a brand ambassador at industry events within the Pricing and Revenue Growth Management professional circles.
Required: 3+ years in a BDR or outbound sales role at enterprise B2B SaaS or data/analytics companies, with at least 1 year in a lead capacity where you developed people. Proven track record opening doors at large companies through structured, multi-touch prospecting. Comfortable selling technical, analytical products to senior business buyers. Structured thinker who runs sequenced processes and documents team metrics.
Strong advantages: Background in CPG sales or experience with pricing tools, revenue growth management software, or commercial analytics platforms (NielsenIQ, Kantar, Circana). Existing network in CPG, Retail, or Telco. Familiarity with MEDDIC. Experience building BDR playbooks in scaling startups.
