You will own the full sales cycle for claim.me, an AI-powered SaaS solution that helps online retailers recover lost revenue from shipping issues, across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and open new logos across DACH, identifying the right retailers and running the full sales process from initial outreach to contract signing.
- Educate buyers on the problem: most prospects don't realize they're leaving money on the table. You'll use data to make the problem real and position claim.me as the solution.
- Pitch to C-level executives and Heads of Logistics and Customer Support, navigating complex buying committees.
- Work directly with the Head of claim.me, Head of Product, and CEO to refine the sales playbook, sharpen ICP targeting, and define go-to-market strategy.
- Represent claim.me at key industry events and webinars across DACH.
You'll be the second sales hire in a small, fast-moving team with real ownership from day one. The product has strong traction and high conversion rates; your role is to help capture the massive market opportunity. You'll have the backing of Seven Senders' established network, inbound leads, and brand presence that already opens doors across DACH.
The role offers a hybrid model with a Berlin office at Alexanderplatz, plus the option to work remotely from almost anywhere for up to 2 months per year. The culture is results-focused, fast-moving, and trusts you to operate without bureaucracy.
Requirements:
- Proven track record closing B2B SaaS or tech deals end-to-end, or strong demonstrated motivation to develop this capability.
- Experience in a fast-paced or early-stage environment with entrepreneurial drive; you don't wait for a manual, you build it.
- Understanding of online retailer pain points or demonstrated ability to quickly master the logistics space.
- Comfort pitching to C-level executives and navigating complex decision-making processes.
- Business-fluent German (C2 level) required—you'll be building commercial relationships across DACH.
- Strong English essential for collaboration with the international team.
