Moody's Talent Strategy team is seeking an Associate Vice President to lead the data and AI backbone of enterprise talent strategy. This role translates workforce strategy into actionable analytics, AI-ready data products, and AI-powered tools that enable faster, higher-quality talent decisions across the organization.
Key responsibilities include defining and maintaining the enterprise Talent Analytics Strategy with vision, priorities, roadmap, governance, and standards across talent domains. You will establish single-source-of-truth talent metrics and evolve insights from reactive reporting to predictive, scenario-based analytics. The role involves designing and delivering curated, reusable, AI- and agentic-ready talent data products covering skills, roles, capabilities, development signals, and organizational attributes.
You will build knowledge graphs and context layers that ensure talent datasets are discoverable, trustworthy, and automation-ready. The position requires developing AI-enabled workforce planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling tools that align skill supply with evolving business demand. You'll define and lead a data-driven organizational design analytics approach and create an enterprise measurement strategy to assess impact of talent investments from participation through business outcomes.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years at a top-tier management consulting, finance, data science, or analytics firm with enterprise-level AI and talent analytics deployment experience. Strong data product thinking, AI/agentic concepts knowledge, and exceptional executive communication skills are essential. You should demonstrate robust business acumen, consulting toolkit proficiency, and proven experience defining impact measurement strategies for talent programs. A bachelor's degree is required; advanced degree in business, analytics, data science, or related field preferred.
