Braze is seeking an AVP, Partner Sales to lead the full partner sales motion across EMEA, reporting to the SVP of Partnerships. This is a true ownership role where you will set regional strategy for how Braze goes to market through partners, define operating models across diverse markets and languages, and own commercial outcomes from both co-sell and indirect ecosystem routes.
You will manage a regional team spanning direct partner sales and indirect channel operations, including Partner Sales Managers covering Enterprise, General Business, and Commercial segments, and Reseller Sales Managers driving indirect ecosystem motions. Your scope covers EMEA's diverse markets—from mature, direct-led regions like the UK and DACH to more nascent, channel-reliant markets in Eastern Europe and Southern Europe.
Key responsibilities include: building and maintaining platinum-tier partner relationships with strategic partners like Deloitte, Accenture, WPP, Publicis, and Merkle; establishing consistent playbooks while adapting execution market by market; ensuring pipeline and performance visibility using Salesforce, Crossbeam, Tackle, Clari, and Looker; and embedding partner-led motions as a structural part of how the EMEA revenue team operates.
The real work is building a partner bench where the right technology, marketplace, and delivery partner is activated on the right account and opportunity in the right market. You'll set standards for how partners carry Braze's brand across the region, develop reseller program governance and discipline, and give the VP Sales EMEA confidence to build forecasts on the partner motion.
You will chart strategic transformation by defining partner sales strategy for one of Braze's most diverse regions, drive high performance through direct team leadership with clear targets and accountability, forge collaborative relationships as a peer to VP Sales EMEA, and communicate strategy impact across multiple markets and stakeholders.
