Revolut is seeking an experienced Auditor to execute end-to-end, risk-based internal audits across its core product lines—Payments, Credit, and Crypto. You will own the full audit lifecycle from scoping and testing through reporting, collaborating closely with Risk, Compliance, and senior Product and Operations leadership.
Key responsibilities include: leading and executing internal audits with minimal supervision; developing comprehensive audit scopes, risk and control matrices, and evidence-traceable testing procedures aligned with the annual audit plan; formulating high-quality audit reports that articulate risk findings, root causes, and agreed management action plans; leveraging SQL and modern data analytics tools to perform data-driven testing and maximize audit coverage; managing relationships with senior stakeholders and navigating challenging conversations to secure buy-in on audit outcomes; and independently validating the closure of audit findings to ensure robust, sustainable risk remediation.
You will need 10+ years of internal audit experience in a UK-regulated financial services environment, with at least 5 years auditing retail and business financial products in the UK market. Exposure to credit, payments, or crypto/trading product operations is essential. You must demonstrate the ability to autonomously deliver end-to-end audits, expertise in auditing operational processes (product testing, viability, monitoring, sustainability), and a relevant professional qualification (accounting, internal audit, CISA, CFA, etc.). Knowledge of UK regulations and IIA standards is required, along with experience working with and interpreting data. SQL, SAS, or Python proficiency is a nice-to-have.
