Salary: USD 103,800 - 150,600 / annual

Moody's is seeking an Assistant Director, Product Consultant for Entity Data Products to join the Strategic Resolution team. This role combines technical expertise with customer-facing problem-solving in a fast-growing fintech/risk management environment. You will resolve moderately complex Entity Data customer issues while supporting strategic customer outcomes and operational excellence. Working closely with the Strategic Resolution Entity Data Team Lead, you'll investigate and resolve technical queries, escalating highly complex or cross-domain cases as needed. Key responsibilities include partnering with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Engagement teams to support multi-domain issue resolution; contributing to root cause analysis and supporting implementation of identified fixes; maintaining accurate case documentation; supporting customer interactions on assigned cases; and participating in knowledge sharing to build domain expertise. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 3 years with Entity Data solutions covering data, APIs, and data structures. You'll need a working technical understanding of APIs, data integration, data distribution platforms, and exposure to cloud-based data environments like Databricks. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, with the ability to explain technical details clearly to customers and internal stakeholders. Demonstrated proficiency in AI concepts is required, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. You should have proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges and demonstrate awareness of AI risk management and responsible AI use. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, or a related field is required, or equivalent practical experience. The role is based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, and involves close collaboration with leadership on case strategy, prioritization, and customer communication for complex accounts.
