Turquoise Health is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own the planning and execution of tactical features and improvements within their Contracts product—a core pillar of their healthcare price transparency platform. This role manages the day-to-day flow of user-reported issues in close partnership with Engineering and the broader Product team, while working closely with Customer Success to synthesize scattered feedback into clear themes and turn high-priority items into shipped improvements.
You will own requirements and execution for tactical features from scoping through engineering handoff and launch. Key responsibilities include triaging confirmed issue reports and feature requests, identifying themes across support tickets, translating issues into engineering-ready requirements, completing UAT before production deployment, and serving as a trusted resource for Customer Success on ticket status and in-flight improvements. You'll also contribute to improving the structure of contracts support intake and execution, and as you build context, take on broader product ownership across the Contracts product. The role includes building and operationalizing AI-powered solutions and workflows.
This is positioned as a great entry point for someone with revenue cycle or managed care experience who wants to grow into a product or product operations career. You'll get hands-on experience in requirements, prioritization, and cross-functional execution from day one.
Required: 2–5 years in healthcare revenue cycle or health tech with managed care contracts and reimbursement background; experience triaging or prioritizing inbound customer requests in partnership with Product, CS, and/or Engineering; comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills and judgment on urgency and impact; Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Bonus: product management or product owner experience; SQL experience or comfort using AI tools for technical questions.
