Flow is reimagining residential and commercial real estate through a brand, technology platform, and operations ecosystem spanning condominiums, hotels, multifamily residences, and office spaces. The company is building human-centered communities designed to foster connection and genuine value for residents. As Associate, Strategic Finance, you will work cross-functionally with business leaders across all aspects of strategic finance. Your responsibilities include: • Develop and maintain financial models, unit economics, and business cases to support key strategic decisions • Own end-to-end workstreams for new ventures, including market sizing, competitive analysis, go-to-market planning, pricing, and operating model design • Support long-range planning, board and management presentations, and ad hoc analytical work that informs company strategy • Evaluate and support M&A, strategic partnership, and investment activity connected to the new venture pipeline • Contribute to materials and processes for future equity and debt financings • Build KPIs, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure to measure venture performance post-launch You will operate with significant autonomy, taking initiative on zero-to-one problems and working under pressure to deliver outstanding results. The role requires comfort with ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities. QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field • 1–2+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, strategic finance, or an operating role at a high-growth startup • Excellent financial modeling and presentation skills; comfortable building models from a blank sheet • Proven ability to take initiative, operate independently, and act like an owner • Fluency with AI tools and genuine interest in applying them to finance and strategy work • Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities; energized by zero-to-one problems • Intellectually curious and quick to get up to speed on unfamiliar industries, business models, and technical domains • Strong written and verbal communication; able to distill complex analysis into crisp narrative • Willingness to work under pressure to produce outstanding results • Track record of integrity, sound judgment, and genuine collaboration
