ServiceTitan is seeking an Associate Strategic Development Manager (SDM) to join their purpose-driven team focused on generating business within the Strategic Enterprise segment. This is a high-impact role centered on intentional, strategic engagement and direct pipeline accountability within the Enterprise market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support development of new mega enterprise business through relationship building, cold calling, trade shows, and conferences
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound cold calling campaigns to hit individual quota and conversion metrics
• Act as support contact for prospects throughout the sales cycle
• Coordinate meetings with internal stakeholders and prospective customers; manage open campaigns/sequences via email, task, and call completion
• Contact and qualify inbound leads, complete needs assessments, and schedule demos for sales consultants
• Identify client needs and collect appropriate products/services
• Assist in sales collateral and deal organization to progress deals positively
• Collaborate with Solution Engineering, Partnerships, Pro Products, Client Services, FP&A, and Product teams
• Proactively seek new business opportunities and stay current with new products, services, pricing, and payment plans
• Report to SDM Manager and work closely with Strategic Accounts team
The role offers growth through exposure to top sales executives, high earning potential with competitive compensation, training on advanced sales tools (Salesforce, Gong, enterprise-focused enablement technologies), and clear advancement pathways into Sales Executive or Sales Leadership roles.
Note: Your candidacy will be considered for all available SDM opportunities across ServiceTitan and its subsidiaries (Aspire, FieldRoutes, Convex). Travel may be required. Hybrid schedule: if within ~40 miles of a Hub office, 1-2 days/week in-office required.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of SDR experience with calling into large accounts (required); 5+ years of industry experience (preferred)
• Expertise in working with large complex organizations and providing executive management support
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) or Google Suite (Docs/Sheets/Slides)
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
