As an Associate Solutions Consultant in the Professional Services Group, you will own the end-to-end technical implementation of new partner integrations on the Qover platform. This role uniquely combines functional analysis with hands-on configuration—you will not hand off work to others, but instead see projects through from initial requirements gathering to final deployment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct functional analysis and requirements definition for partner insurance products and business rules
- Map complex insurance processes into clear functional specifications covering coverage details, pricing logic, documents, and workflows
- Translate business needs into technical solutions by diving deep into partner requirements
- Perform hands-on technical configuration and setup within the Qover platform using JSON and related technologies
- Serve as the primary technical expert for partners, guiding API integration and platform optimization
- Identify and champion best practices, feeding insights back to internal Product teams
You will work in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment at Qover's dedicated space in WeWork Brussels (Rue du Commerce 31), with a team of 100+ international colleagues. The role offers significant autonomy and ownership—you thrive when driving projects to completion independently.

Requirements:
- 2–3 years of professional experience in a role balancing functional analysis (requirements gathering, process modeling) with hands-on technical configuration in JSON
- Background as a Business Analyst, Implementation Consultant, or Functional Consultant, preferably in SaaS or InsurTech
- Tech-savvy mindset with comfort in software configuration and understanding of technical concepts (APIs, platform architecture)
- Ability to learn new platforms quickly
- Consultative approach: comfortable asking "why" and respectfully challenging requests to achieve optimal outcomes
- Proactive, autonomous work ethic with strong ownership mentality
- Professional curiosity and genuine desire to understand how systems work
- Hybrid mindset: capable of deep analytical thinking and practical hands-on execution
