As an Associate in Research & Delivery, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive research and analysis using Exiger's industry-leading AI software (DDIQ) and a range of web-based compliance tools to gather risk and compliance intelligence on individuals and companies. You will create detailed, thoroughly researched reports for clients using public records, databases, and proprietary tools, then analyze findings to develop narrative reports with guidance from subject matter experts.
Key responsibilities include: creating and determining report contents using compliance tools and open-source resources; writing clear, concise reports for clients; utilizing judgment and best practices to complete research across different products, scopes, jurisdictions, and complexity levels; identifying and escalating risk factors to case managers; managing case lifecycles and personal workload; and collaborating effectively with multinational teams.
You will work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strict deadlines, requiring strong analytical and research skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to deliver high-quality work independently and as part of a team. Portuguese language proficiency (written and verbal) is required, along with English fluency. The role is fully remote and based in Canada (Toronto or Vancouver offices listed, but role is remote-assigned).
