Exiger is seeking an Associate Researcher with Arabic language proficiency to join its Research & Delivery team. The role is fully remote and based in Canada.
You will conduct extensive primary and secondary research using open-source and public records tools to gather risk and compliance intelligence on individuals and companies. Your work will involve identifying pertinent information, developing useful insights, and writing clear, concise, thorough reports for clients. You will learn to own cases from start to finish with senior researcher review, assist with complex case research and editing, and utilize best practices in research methodology across various client scopes.

You will work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The role requires excellent analytical and deductive skills, rigorous attention to detail, superior comprehension abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You should have a strong understanding of current events, international affairs, financial regulations, economics, and finance.
Required qualifications include 1-3 years of due diligence research, review, and management experience; familiarity with public-records research and due diligence methodology; and professional fluency in Arabic (Fusha). An Associate's degree is required. The ideal candidate is solution-oriented, thrives in dynamic environments, and demonstrates ability to mentor others.
