Salary: USD 75,000 - 85,000 / annual

Topline Pro is hiring an Associate Recruiter to own sales hiring across New York and Nashville offices. This is a high-volume, focused recruiting role where you'll manage multiple BDR (Business Development Representative) hiring classes per year. Key Responsibilities: - Own the full recruiting process for BDR classes across New York and Nashville, from application through offer, running multiple classes annually - Manage high volumes of candidates through screens and interviews efficiently while maintaining strong candidate experience - Keep candidates engaged, informed, and excited throughout the hiring process - Partner closely with the early talent recruiter on campus recruiting strategy and pipeline building to feed BDR classes - Coordinate hiring timelines and logistics across both New York and Nashville offices, staying aligned with local hiring managers - Track and monitor key hiring metrics including time-to-fill, funnel conversion rates, and class size targets; flag issues early for course correction - Reports to Head of People; partners closely with Sales leadership and People team About Topline Pro: Topline Pro is an AI-powered platform for service businesses (roofers, landscapers, painters, cleaners, etc.) to acquire direct business. The company helps service professionals get discovered, trusted, and booked using generative AI-powered digital storefronts. The role is based in the Williamsburg, Brooklyn office with 4 days/week in-office requirement. Requirements: - 0.5–2 years of recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to high-volume or campus/early-talent hiring - Strong candidate engagement and communication skills (written and verbal) - Ability to manage high volumes of candidates simultaneously without sacrificing quality or experience - Highly organized; capable of running repeatable processes across two offices without details falling through the cracks - Strong coordination and communication skills to partner closely with early talent recruiter and sales hiring managers - 1–2 years of sales experience is a strong plus - Experience or interest in campus recruiting is a plus - Must be energized by volume and repetition done well, not just novel searches - Team player excited to partner collaboratively rather than work in isolation
