Terabase Energy is developing an interconnected software and construction automation platform for utility-scale solar projects. The company combines solar-industry expertise with software engineering and automation to drive innovation and cost reduction in the renewable-energy sector. You will join the Project Delivery team as an Associate Project Manager supporting Closure, RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), and Warranty services for deployed SCADA and controls projects. Reporting to the Director of Project Delivery, you will be the operational backbone of project closeout and post-deployment support, managing documentation, action tracking, customer and vendor coordination, and reporting across multiple concurrent projects. Key responsibilities include: **Project Closure:** Maintain closure plans, action logs, and milestone tracking. Collect, organize, and quality-check closeout documents including final reports, as-built deliverables, acceptance records, and lessons learned. Track outstanding technical, commercial, and documentation items; follow up with assigned owners and escalate overdue actions. Prepare meeting notes, status updates, and customer correspondence. Keep project, ERP, inventory, and document-management records accurate and current. Coordinate knowledge-transfer meetings and handoffs to post-project owners. Prepare routine closure dashboards and reports. Maintain complete, traceable records for audits and customer commitments. **RMA and Warranty:** Log and validate RMA and warranty requests; coordinate assignments and track aging and due dates. Apply approved RMA and warranty processes; document exceptions and recommend refinements. Coordinate communication with customers, vendors, suppliers, and service providers regarding status, shipment, repair, replacement, and documentation. Maintain spares demand, inventory, rotation, and replenishment records. Collect and validate purchase orders, invoices, credits, and costs to support warranty and spares budgets. Gather evidence for failure reviews and audits. Compile common failures, reliability issues, and field data for routing to Product, Quality, and Engineering teams. Maintain dashboards and prepare routine metrics on case aging, turnaround time, resolution rate, costs, and customer outcomes. Identify and escalate missing information, overdue actions, cost concerns, and customer-impacting risks. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and detail-oriented with strong follow-through discipline. You will need clear communication and coordination skills, comfort managing multiple concurrent projects, and genuine interest in developing technical knowledge of SCADA and industrial controls. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, engineering, supply chain, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience. - 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, customer support, operations, warranty, procurement, or related function. - Strong organization and follow-through; ability to manage multiple action lists, records, deadlines, and priorities. - Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with project-management, ERP, inventory, reporting, or document-management tools. - Ability to review data and documents for accuracy, identify missing information, and escalate issues promptly. - Willingness to learn technical concepts related to SCADA, industrial controls, electrical systems, and utility-scale solar projects. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience supporting SCADA, industrial controls, renewable-energy, construction, or electrical projects. - Experience with RMA, warranty, field service, procurement, inventory, logistics, or project closeout activities. - Familiarity with customer issue tracking, reporting dashboards, document control, or enterprise resource planning systems. - CAPM certification or active pursuit of project-management certification.
