Salary: USD 100,000 - 130,000 / annual

As an Associate Product Manager, you will support the Product Management team across ongoing and new product development initiatives. Your responsibilities include supporting product strategy development, roadmap planning, and product launches from ideation through execution. You will manage stakeholder priorities and expectations while serving as a subject matter expert on assigned products. Day-to-day work involves project management functions, collaboration with engineers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of features.
You will partner with go-to-market and client-facing teams to identify value-add opportunities and analyze product data to derive insights for prioritization and post-launch optimization. A key part of the role is fostering cooperation among diverse stakeholders to achieve common objectives and enhance cross-functional process efficiency.
The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in product strategy, product management, product/strategic operations, or consulting. You should be a critical thinker who tackles complex problems with a data-driven approach, with excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. High ownership mentality and ability to drive initiatives to completion with minimal supervision are essential. Technical knowledge of web development platforms, databases, and infrastructure is required. Experience with third-party software integrations, SQL, and two-sided marketplaces is a plus.
