CloudKitchens transforms underutilized properties into smart commercial kitchens that enable restaurateurs to succeed in online food delivery. As an Associate Operations Manager at a CloudKitchens facility in Washington, D.C., you will oversee daily operations and lead a cross-functional team to deliver exceptional service to restaurant partners. You will manage a dedicated facility team, handling scheduling, training, and performance management while maintaining an efficient order fulfillment process and excellent customer service standards. You'll also manage a janitorial team, upholding cleaning and sanitation protocols in compliance with local health and safety regulations, and foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
