The company operates specialized business units including KitchenPark, CloudRetail, and Profood Properties, powering the next generation of digital food and quick commerce ecosystems.
You will lead end-to-end procurement cycles for company projects, including RFP development, technical and commercial evaluations, and vendor selection. You'll conduct detailed market price assessments, unit-rate benchmarking, and bill-of-quantities (BOQ) analyses to mitigate cost inflation and maintain budget discipline. Your responsibilities include drafting, negotiating, and finalizing commercial agreements, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Purchase Orders, and Variation Orders with suppliers and subcontractors.
You'll ensure strict compliance with internal procurement workflows, financial approval limits, and contractual risk controls to eliminate corporate liability. The role requires someone with strong background in construction, real estate, or facilities management, with hands-on experience in sourcing, commercial negotiations, cost control, and vendor contracts. You'll work onsite in Amman five days per week in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment.
