Bumble is seeking an Associate Manager of Operations & Sales to join the College team, serving as the operational backbone for a fast-moving portfolio focused on expanding BFF (Bumble's friendship app) adoption among college organizations and communities. You will own operational infrastructure across multiple dimensions: **Operations & Planning:** Support the College team's operational needs by maintaining the marketing laydown, tracking timelines, status updates, and deliverables. Coordinate across internal teams, agencies, vendors, and campus partners to keep workstreams moving. Identify roadblocks early and follow established systems to improve efficiency without adding complexity. **Budget, Contracts & Administration:** Track the College team's budget including spend forecasting, reconciliation, and visibility into remaining budget. Process invoices and contract paperwork for agencies, vendors, creators, ambassadors, and partner organizations. Maintain organized records and reporting across contracts, invoices, vendors, and partnerships. Work with Finance, Legal, and Procurement to ensure agreements and payments move efficiently. **BFF Sales & Campus Partnerships:** Support outreach of BFF as a platform for college organizations, with initial focus on sororities, clubs, and highly connected student groups. Build relationships with influential campus organizations and student leaders. Develop scalable outreach and onboarding approaches. Track pipeline from initial outreach through activation and ongoing engagement. Gather feedback to identify improvement opportunities and inform strategy. Partner with Marketing and Product to drive organizational adoption. **College Marketing:** Support activations, partnerships, ambassadors, events, and marketing initiatives. Be hands-on—travel to campuses, attend events, support activations. Stay close to college culture and proactively identify new ideas, partnerships, and opportunities. Operate with a "no task is too big or too small" mentality. Success means: (1) supporting operational infrastructure that allows the College team to move quickly without gaps, with clear visibility into priorities, timelines, budgets, and deliverables; smooth partner/vendor contracting and payment; efficient resource deployment; and (2) building a growing network of college organizations actively using BFF with a repeatable model for onboarding sororities, clubs, and campus communities. This is a small, entrepreneurial team where everyone rolls up their sleeves—whether attending events, executing activations, identifying campus opportunities, or bringing ideas to the table. **Requirements:** - Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple fast-moving workstreams simultaneously - Natural operator who loves creating order, building systems, and keeping people accountable - Strong project management skills with bias toward action and follow-through - Comfortable tracking and owning budgets, contracts, invoicing, timelines, and operational processes - Commercially minded and energized by outreach, relationship-building, and getting people excited about products or ideas - Confident communicating with internal executives, cross-functional partners, sorority leaders, and college students - Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable in environments where the playbook is still being written - Strong pulse on college and Gen Z culture with genuine curiosity about how students connect, socialize, and build community - Willingness to travel and be on the ground at college campuses and events when needed - Collaborative, low-ego teammate equally comfortable developing plans and executing them
